Designed and built a sulfur-dosed iron-aerosol generator for carbon-nanotube growth, then validated it against an aerosol-dynamics model.

Fabricated and redesigned a Stirling engine to run faster and cleaner — CNC-milled cooling fins, low-conduction fasteners, and 3D-printed low-friction linkages raised its speed 140%.

Owned the orientation subsystem of a MolsonCoors-sponsored machine that safely depressurizes beverage containers — a drive-roller mechanism that centers and rotates any container size.

Designed cyclic and pneumatic life-test fixtures with Arduino control to run accelerated validation of anesthesia-device components to 99.95% reliability compliance.
